Frequently Asked Questions
What are your minimum order quantities?
The minimum order for our bottle distribution services is one pallet per product. We cannot mix bottles on pallets.
What is the pallet deposit for?
The manufacturer applies a pallet deposit charge. This is an industry standard. Pallets may be returned after delivery or collection at your convenience, where the cost of the pallet including VAT will be credited back to you.
Please note the returned empty pallets must be clean, free from mould and other contaminants, and in good, re-useable order to obtain a credit. All plastic must be removed. The pallets are used for food products, and therefore Health and Safety Legislation and the British Retail Consortium requires this.
To avoid having pallets rejected please store under cover in a dry, contamination free area, also keep pallets stacked securely to prevent wood breakages.
